I have had the pleasure of teaching Center Hill students since 2006.


Bio:

I am a graduate of Olive Branch High School. I hold a Bachelor's Degree in Family and Consumer Sciences from The University of Mississippi. Upon graduation I enrolled in the Teach Mississippi Institute program to obtain an educator's license in secondary math.

My husband, Richard, and I live in the DeSoto County area and have two children.

I currently teach Compensatory Math, Foundations of Algebra, and Algebra 1. I am also a sponsor for the freshman class and Explorers club.

Foundations of Algebra Supply List

Virtual and traditional students will need:

  • 2-inch 3-ring binder
  • 1-subject MEAD or 5-star spiral notebook with holes (COLLEGE ruled)
  • 3 dividers
  • headphones 

The following supplies will be used daily and will be needed by each student in order to minimize interactions and the spread of germs.

  • pencil pouch
  • pencils (with lead & erasers)
  • scissors
  • 6-inch ruler
  • colored pencils (ERASABLE)
  • tape
  • multi-colored pens

Teachers will make every effort to ensure calculators are disinfected and shared as little as possible, but please note that calculators are used by students in every class, meaning up to four students per day may be using one calculator.
